# Troubleshooting Control Pad Issues
## If your control panel isn’t responding or working properly, this guide walks through common fixes.
### Quick Check
- Wake up or unlock the panel
- Check keypad lock
- Verify power
### Steps
#### Step 1: Check for Lock Mode
Disable panel or temperature lock.
#### Step 2: Power Reset
Breaker OFF for 30–60 seconds.
#### Step 3: Inspect Screen / Buttons
- Unresponsive areas
- Physical damage
#### Step 4: Check for Error Messages
#### Step 5: Verify Power Supply
